School Cheer & Tumbling
Open to school teams for professional instruction. School teams may sign up for 1 hour a week of training in either tumbling, cheer, and/or stunts. We also offer choreography for school teams interested in competing. Have your school contact us if interested.
Flyer Stretch Class: Stretches, workouts, and drills to improve body positions and control. Training takes place on the floor and our state of the art equipment.
Individual Partner Stunt Lessons: Prep for collegiate level by learning to fly in partner stunts.
We offer Private lessons for tumbling, cheer, and stunting. 30 minutes or 1 hour. Email us for sign ups.
