Preschool & Boys Tumbling
At Xtreme Athletics, we pride ourselves in teaching correct and safe technique through the use of drills, conditioning, and hands on training. We believe in "Perfection before Progression", in which a skill should be perfected before moving on to more difficult skills in order to set the athlete up for success in the future. We offer adult age coaches who have spent years learning the best techniques to teach athletes of all varying skill levels and learning styles.
Rangers
Rangers is a boys only class for ages 4-8 years old. This class is perfect for boys who are looking for working on strength and agility. The primary focus is developing and improving motor skills and coordination, gradually introducing beginner tumbling skills through the use of "ninja" obstacle courses and skill specific stations. All while having fun and making friends!

All classes will be a maximu of 8 Rangers. Class length will be 45 minutes. Classes are offered on Wednesdays.

Parent & Tot Academy
Parent & Tot Academy is for ages 18 months to 2 years old. This is a class for parents to engage with their toddler, all while helping them learn the beginning fundamentals of tumbling. The class involves group activities to promote socialization and learning social skills, such as how to take turns. The class also includes focused free play, assisted by the parent, to help with the development of gross and fine motor skills as well as improving coordination and strength. All while having fun in an exciting and social environment!

Cadet Academy
Cadet Academy is for ages 3-6 years old. It is so much more than a tumbling program for preschoolers. Our emphasis is not on being the fastest, the strongest, or the best. Instead, it is on the excitement of learning. The primary focus is development of motor skills, improving coordination and strength, and early fundamentals of tumbling. All while having fun in an exciting and social environment!

All classes will be a maximum of 8 Cadets. Class length will be 45 minutes. Classes are offered 3 days a week.
